Returning Charaters for Out of Time (Part 2)

After revealing earlier in the week that UNIT captain Orisa Magombo would be returning to star in "Out of Time" I can today confirm that the second returning character is none other than Mr Ralph Tunney.

Ralph Tunney was first seen in the series 2 opening episode Hearts of Stone and fell victim to the Weeping Angels touching him and sending him back through time. Ralph will not play a big part in this special episode but will have a worthwhile cameo.
