Episode 6, Memoirs of a Timelord marks the start of the mid series break but also has a lot of hidden extras for you to feast upon. Here are some snippets...

5. "Yeah come on...we have a diversion to setup" (Guaranteed that you WILL NOT see this coming...but your going love it...you have to wait until the end of the series though...)
