Although its not anime it still qualifies as fan fiction and very good fan fiction at that. BenTheCreator has created a very good first episode of what could be a promising Doctor Who fan series. As you can see lego has been used to really good effect here and the production quality of the episode is of a really high quality and makes it a really convincing Doctor Who experience.
