ARNIE Finale soon...

I am currently beavering away trying to get the finale to series 1 of ARNIE finished. I have shot 50% of the episode so far and I can't wait to hear the overall reaction that people give to the series.

I shall also be making a big announcement concerning series 2 of ARNIE after I have posted the finale at the weekend, so be sure to check back for that as well.

OH MY GOD!!

Okay, so you have probably seen this, and yes I know it isn't strictly Christel Doctor Who but I had to make an exception just this once. Below is a screen grab from the latest Doctor Who Series 6 trailer...and well...just look at it...much excitement...woohoo!!!!

Episode 11 and 13...Not yet :)

During series 1 of Christel Doctor Who I held off until the last moment to reveal the title of episode 12, which eventually turned out to be the Game of Rassilon, as I feared it would give too much away about the overall plot arc. I am also going to be doing the same with series 2, but with episodes 11 and 13, which act as parts 1 and 3 respectively of the 3 part series finale. I think if I released the titles now it would give far too much away and mean that people wouldn't need to watch the whole series...and we can't have that can we? I can promise that it will definitely be worth the wait however.

ARNIE Episode 4...

I finally have my internet problems behind me and I am now ready to crack on with preparation for Christel Doctor Who Series 2 and the finale of ARNIE Series 1.

Below is episode 4 of ARNIE, entitled "The Caves of Azmael" it is a very fast paced and revealing episode. I hope you like it. The cliffhanger will lead into what will be the final episode of the series.

In the run up to series 2 of Christel Doctor Who I can also reveal that there will be big news regarding ARNIE series 2, so be sure to keep and ear open for that at some point in the near future. In the meantime, enjoy episode 4...

Blink Releases First Teaser Trailer

Since I debuted Christel Doctor Who over 18months ago there have been a number of new series spring up and today, Blink, a long time follower, writer and friend of Christel Doctor Who has posted the first teaser trailer for his own Doctor Who series. It poses the very interesting question of how the different the Doctor is to his enemies and sets up some intriguing questions. Check out Blinks Blog here and of course the trailer here...

Episode 9 - City of the Damned

I am pleased officially announce the title of Episode 9 of Christel Doctor Who Series 2. It will be called "City of the Damned" and will act as an unofficial sequel to the series 1 episode Sins of the Fathers. The episode will be set shortly after the events of the series 1 story and look at what happens after the Doctor leaves a place behind. It should prove to be quite an eye opener for the Doctor...as well as quite scary too. I have some interesting dilemmas and problems to throw at the Doctor as well as some truly horrifying and gruesome monsters. I'm looking forward to you seeing it.

In other news, I have also put the finishing touches to the final trailer for series 2 and, if my internet connection allows, I will try to upload it at some point, so be sure to look out for that.

Oh How I love my Internet Connection (Not)...

As you probably guessed I am still having major issues with my internet connection and I can only apologise for the lack of posts recently. I am moving to BT for my broadband and should be switched on by March 28th. When I do return I can promise the series finale of ARNIE, the final trailer for series 2 of Christel Doctor Who and some more promotional work in the build up to the release.

Blink has posted on his new blog here that he has started writing for series 3 of Christel Doctor Who! I am pleased to confirm that Blink has been brought on board again for series 3. He has delivered a truly wonderful story for series 2 and he is looking to push the boundaries even further with series 3. I have also been writing a story for Burkeys animated Series (Here) and will have more news on that when I return to. Again...many thank yous for your paitence...it will be rewarded when I return. I promise.

Christel Doctor Who of the Week - Doctor-Lite Episodes

Series 2 of Christel Doctor Who will officially feature 2 Doctor-Lite episodes. Episode 10, The Lying old Witch in the Wardrobe and Episode 6, Memoirs of a Timelord. Rest assured however, that the Doctor is not completely absent from these episodes and I do have some very special treats in store for Memoirs of a timelord.

NOTE: My internet is still being dodgy so many thank yous for continuing to bare with it. I promise lots of promotional stuff when I get it sorted.

Internet Problems :( (Every Cloud and all that...)

I am currently having severe internet connection problems and so posting can only be done when my connection decides to work. I am in the process of changing over to BT for my internet but as you can imagine nothing is easy and so I may not be posting regularly until it is sorted. Rest assured, Christel Doctor Who series 2 will still be launched on April 23rd and I shall still be posting the new series 2 trailer at some point before that.

All of this downtime has not been wasted though. I know have the entirety of the first half of series 2 filmed and sitting ready to be edited. This means I'll go back and start on episode 1 now and work my way through. Plus, I have also written 2/3 of the three part finale...and even though it sounds big headed, I love it, hopefully you will to.

Well, that is pretty much it for now. My internet should be sorted in about a weeks time. Thank you for your patience and support in the meantime.

Christel Doctor Who of the Week - Martha Jones

Tabitha Mortimer was originally intended to be Martha Jones. After watching series 3 of the BBC show with David Tennant and Freema Agyeman I was so dissapointed at how her character had been handled I wanted to use her in series 1 and do her justice. However, after much deliberation I decided against it and went for Tabitha instead, infact I created her on the very first 'day' of 'filming' for series 1. Now I look back at it I am glad I did.

Final Series 2 Trailer Coming...

With the Launch of Christel Doctor Who Series 2 on Saturday April 23rd I can confirm that there will be a final trailer for the series before it launches. Following the release date trailer I hinted that there may be a final tease of whats to come before series 2 hit your screens and I can now confirm the trailer. It should be with you in about a fortnights time. Until then, many thanks for all the support and hits that the site continues to get. It is much appreciated

Christel Doctor Who Series 3, 4 and 5!

Since I began writing and filming Christel Doctor Who I knew I had to be in it for the long term to make it viable and give people chance to get into the series.

Today I have put the final touches to something that will ensure the series survives for at least another 3 run's after number 2. With Series 2 on the way on April 23rd and series 3 due to cross the 2011/2012 divide I am now looking further into the future and beginning to pen basic arcs for series 4 and 5. I have an idea that will hopefully blow you away. So strap yourselves in for the long haul...Christel Doctor is here to stay!!
